Hello! I’m Mary Anne Schleinich.

Mary’s Therapy is the name of my private practice space.
I work online with people in Calgary and other places too.
I also work in person and over the telephone when that’s best.

I provide a safe space, where together we pay attention to what is wanting change. 

• I am certified with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) and The International Focusing Institute as a Focusing Oriented Therapist (FOT)

•  I am a somatic therapist, meaning I work mainly in a ‘bottom-up’ fashion, engaging the whole ‘body-mind’ process in relating.

• In my past work as a medical professional (Occupational Therapist), I had the privilege of working with a wide range of social, emotional, physical, and spiritual challenges. I bring the perspective of working with the whole person and situation. I bring viewpoints gained from patients, families, caregivers and from on-going therapy work.
